Stress Check by Azumio is an innovative app that allows you to quantify your level of psychological or physical stress by measuring your heart rate through the camera and light features on your Android device. With Stress Check, you can not only determine the effects of different stressors, but also control your stress and observe your progress. By reducing stress, you may also decrease the chances of certain chronic diseases.
By analyzing heart rate variability (HRV), Stress Check is able to estimate your stress level wherever you are, without any additional hardware. The app continuously measures heart pulse data, getting to know you and your heart better over time. The algorithms used in the app follow recommendations from reputable healthcare societies.
