Outside GO Weather Widget is a premium app that offers a variety of themes and live backgrounds to enhance your GO Weather app. You can get this premium theme by either installing a few sponsored free apps, buying it individually, or upgrading to VIP to unlock all widgets and live backgrounds for free. To apply the theme, make sure you have the latest version of GO Weather EX installed. Then, open GO Weather EX, go to the Personalized Page, click the "Local" tab, and select the theme in the "Widget" section.
