Timote is an Android app that allows you to control Spotify on your Windows computer remotely. It serves as a convenient remote control for Spotify, giving you the ability to control playback from anywhere in your house. Whether you're hosting a party, having a lazy day, or if your computer is tucked away in a closet, Timote is perfect for you.
Some of the features of Timote include play/pause, next/previous track, volume control, shuffle, repeat, track position, search for tracks/artists/albums, access to playlists and personal music, control of the play queue, launch track/artist radio, star/unstar tracks, access to track history, add tracks to playlists (for Spotify premium users), manage favorites, and more. The app also includes a widget, lockscreen controls, and an auto-pause feature during incoming/outgoing calls. Timote requires the installation of the Timote server component on your Windows PC.
