Watch Active Plugin is a component for the Galaxy Wearable Application. To use it, the Galaxy Wearable Application must be installed beforehand. This app requires certain permissions from the Android Settings in order to function properly. Some of the required permissions include access to location for Bluetooth connectivity, access to storage for file transmission, access to telephone for app updates and installation, access to contacts for syncing with Samsung account information, access to the calendar for schedule synchronization, access to SMS for SMS syncing, and access to call logs for call log syncing. Optionally, the app may also require access to the camera for setting customized background images in watchfaces.
