The Audio Recorder app is the official Sony application for recording and playing back audio on your smartphone or tablet. With an intuitive interface, users can easily record, pause, and edit audio. The app also supports speech-to-text transcription in selected markets through the Reportex service. Download and save your data before September 30, 2019, as the Reportex website and transcription service will be shut down. Prepaid credits must also be used by this date. All subscriptions will be terminated after July 3, 2019, and all data will be automatically removed after September 30, 2019. Please note that the app and website will no longer be accessible after this date. The app has been recommended by The New York Times and recognized as one of the best apps for journalists in 2018.
