My A1 is a mobile app that allows A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid, and business customers to easily manage their mobile, internet, and TV services. The app features a completely renovated design and provides a range of functionalities.
With My A1, users can monitor their monthly bill, pay invoices, check their current bill and remaining MB/minutes, activate roaming, and choose the most suitable tariff for the visited country. The app also allows users to review and sign contracts online, track the status of installation requests and technical problems for TV and internet services, and manage their Wi-Fi network settings. Additionally, users can add additional packages and services to their tariff plan, manage their credit limit, and receive special offers.
My A1 is available for both Android and iOS devices and can be accessed via mobile network or Wi-Fi. Users can either register an owner profile to access all features or use limited rights as a user.
