The Remote Control for Sky/Directv app is a convenient tool that allows you to control your Sky receiver or DirecTv, as well as other devices including your TV, DVD player, home theater, and more. The app is compatible with Android devices running on version 4.4 or higher, and requires an infrared (IR) emitter for now, with plans for future compatibility with devices that have Wi-Fi communication. Please note that not all devices with infrared may be compatible. The app supports various STB brands such as Sky, Directv, Tivo, Motorola, Samsung, Sony, and many others. It also supports a wide range of Sky and Directv receiver models. Additionally, there is a list of compatible devices including HTC One, LG G series, Samsung Galaxy series, and many more.
