Meri Sadak is a government's Citizen Feedback system app for grievance redressal relating to roads built under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) and Other Roads (Non-PMGSY). This app allows citizens to register complaints regarding the pace and quality of work, land disputes, etc. for a PMGSY and Non-PMGSY road with photographs of the site. The complaints are handled by State Quality Coordinators (SQCs) of the Nodal Department in the State Governments. With an improved UI, the app lets users register complaints for both onsite and offsite locations and track the redressal process. It recommends a list of PMGSY roads based on the user's location and allows citizens to see new connectivity and upgradation works in their district. Additionally, it provides information on how to identify PMGSY roads and find nearby PMGSY roads. Contact details of officials responsible for resolving complaints are also displayed.
