A-GPS Tracker is an outdoor tracking app designed specifically for hikers. It utilizes the A-GPS capabilities of your phone to record your track even when the phone is in stand-by mode. The app provides features such as displaying elevation relative to mean sea level, giving latitude and longitude coordinates in degrees and UTM-WSG84 format, storing tracks in GPX files, showing elevation vs distance profiles, and providing statistics on net walk time, ascent, and descent altitude. It also has a "follow path" monitor function that alerts you if you deviate from a loaded GPX path. However, the app's accuracy in measuring walked distance may not be very precise due to GPS limitations. Nevertheless, it supports multiple satellite navigation systems including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo.
