Scouter Lite is an Android app that allows you to read the power level of your enemies. Simply hold your Android phone horizontally and push the right side of the screen to search for power levels. The app will display the power level once it is accurately measured. You can even save the picture of the power level by tapping on "SAVE". However, please note that if the enemy covers their face, such as wearing sunglasses, the measurement may not be accurate. Additionally, this free version has some function restrictions and the measurement limit numerical value is the same as the "old type" Scouter. The app has been tested on Samsung Galaxy S.
