The Mywellness app by Technogym provides a comprehensive platform to help you maximize your training experience both indoors and outdoors. The app is divided into three areas: Facility Area, My Movement, and Results. In the Facility Area, you can explore the services offered by your club and choose the ones that interest you the most. My Movement allows you to access your personalized program, classes, challenges, and other activities that you have selected at your club. The Results section allows you to track your progress and monitor your results.
With the Mywellness app, you can connect with Technogym equipment using Bluetooth or QR code, enabling automatic setup of your program and automatic tracking of your results. You can manually log your activity or sync with other fitness apps. The app also offers features such as customized training programs, class bookings, outdoor activity tracking, challenges, and body measurements to help you stay motivated and track your progress over time.
